A first platform build runs eight to fourteen weeks. We work in your repositories from week one, and your engineers review every change we make, so the platform is familiar before it is handed over.

    We read your codebase, pipelines and cloud accounts, then interview the people who deploy and the people who get paged. You receive a written assessment with prioritised findings, and it is yours whether or not the engagement continues.

    Foundations

    Networking, identity, secret storage and the base infrastructure modules, delivered as code and merged incrementally so your team sees each piece land rather than receiving a finished black box.

    Delivery pipeline

    Build, test and deployment automation for each service, migrated one service at a time. Your existing route to production keeps working until its replacement has run real releases.

    Handover and support

    Runbooks, architecture documentation and three live working sessions with your engineers. We stay reachable for thirty days after the final session at no extra cost.

Do we need to hire a DevOps engineer afterwards?

Most of our clients do not. The platform is deliberately built so that your existing backend engineers can operate it, and the handover is designed around that. If growth means you eventually do hire a platform engineer, the code and documentation we leave behind make that person productive in days rather than months.

Will releases stop while you work?

No. We migrate service by service and keep your existing route to production working until the replacement has shipped real releases successfully. Teams typically keep their normal release cadence throughout the engagement.

Which cloud providers do you work with?

Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, plus Hetzner and DigitalOcean where the economics clearly favour them. We do not resell any provider and take no partner commission, so the recommendation follows your workload and your budget.
